Stressful situations are an inevitable part of life, but hypnosis can help you manage stress in a calmer, more effective, healthier way.

My initial approach is to identify five to seven triggers that typically cause stress in your life. I will ask you the thoughts, emotions, physical feelings, and actions that accompany these triggers and what you want to be thinking, feeling, and doing instead. I will also teach you relaxation techniques and how to do self-hypnosis.
