Hypnosis Workshops

From time to time I offer hypnosis workshops at my office in San Mateo and post the dates and topics here. I can also schedule group workshops in my office for you and your friends. Contact me for details.

Cultivating Creativity

Description:	This is an opportunity to delve into your subconscious to explore and dialogue with your creative self, to release blocks and find inspiration. Ideal for writers, artists, and performers, and anyone who wishes to nourish their creativity. This workshop includes some journaling. I'll have notepads and pens available, but if you have a special notebook or sketchbook you enjoy using, you might bring it.
