The building is between San Mateo Drive and El Camino, across the street from Mills Hospital. The doorway is next to The Lampshade House. I'm on the second floor—unfortunately there is no elevator. The hallway outside my office serves as a waiting area. You may have a seat in one of the chairs. There is a parking garage at El Camino and 2nd Avenue. Street and ground-level parking is $.50/hr, with a 2-hour limit. Upper-level parking is $.25/hr, with 4-hour & 10-hour limits. Parking in the area is free after 6 PM and all day Sunday and holidays.
